Meeting URL (start here)

Paste Zoom, Teams, or a standing Meet room. Reliable and works without Google verification.

Google Calendar + Meet

Connect one Google account. AmroMeet creates a Meet on your calendar for each booking.

Quick start

Log in → Calendar & meetings.
Save a Meeting URL.
Optional: Connect Google Calendar (Advanced → Go to AmroMeet if Google shows unverified).
Create an event type and choose Custom URL or Google Meet.
Copy your embed iframe onto your website.
Test a booking as a guest, then try Instant Meet.

Talk now — two different flows

You (signed-in host): on your dashboard click Talk now. That starts a meeting on your calendar and uses your tokens. Configure Google or a Meeting URL under Set up your calendar first.

Company guest line (suite apps): Talk now — get a Meet link instantly. Name and email only — hosts on Agentic AI's consultation calendar, not yours.

Troubleshooting

No join link: save a Meeting URL or reconnect Google; check token balance.
Unverified app: Advanced → Go to AmroMeet, or use Meeting URL only.
Wrong calendar: Disconnect Google, then Connect with the correct account (one account per AmroMeet user).
Insufficient tokens: purchase tokens on the dashboard.
